Rebuilding a Front Walkway

October 14, 2011

We are in the process of removing an existing, worn out brick walkway. In place of the brick will be a blue stone, brick border walkway. Right now we are adding a granite and cement base so that in the winter months the walkway doesn’t shift. We are also adding pipes for a drain system.

Site work: Prep Work for Paving

September 14, 2011

We are doing site work in preparation for paving a driveway in one of our client’s Greenwich CT property.

As you can see below in the gallery, reclaimed authentic cobble stone was used to create a stone border around the driveway. In addition, milled blacktop was used for patching prep work. We are also installing proper drain system to prevent flooding.

While the prep work associated with paving can seem messy, the end result is sure worth it. We will post pictures showing the final results soon.
